This light pink wine consists of a Muscadel base and a 1% Pinotage. With its beautiful palate and aromas of freshly picked strawberries, this is a fruity, lightly bubbled and lower alcohol wine with a sweet aftertaste.

Origin: Slanghoek
Soil Types: Ancient sandstone riverbeds with good water retention.
Climate: Annual rainfall of 1200 mm, min. temperature 12°C, max. temperature 32°C
Age of Vines: Planted in 2013
Vinification: Fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel tanks at 10°C. Crossflow is then used to stop fermentation and to give the wine a low alcohol with natural sugar.
