The Company reserves the right to request additional information regarding any order and may cancel transactions where satisfactory information is not provided.

7. Delivery Requirements

Alcohol will only be delivered to a person who is 18 years of age or older.

Proof of identity and age may be requested upon delivery.

The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery where age verification cannot be completed or where the recipient appears to be under the legal drinking age.
