Variental: 50% Semillon, 50% Sauvignon Blanc
Origin: Slanghoek
Soil Types: Ancient sandstone riverbeds with good water retention.
Climate: Annual rainfall of 1200mm, min. temperature 12°C, max.

Vinification: Both cultivars were harvested separately, early in the morning hours. Long skin contact for beautiful aromas. Fermented to perfection to have lower alcohol levels and high sugar levels. Co2 added during the bottling process.
